How to Order

The quickest and easiest way to buy wine online is to use our quick wine search facility - just select your preference by producer, country or type and budget and click the search button, we also have a text search so you are able to search by wine name or you can just browse through all our wines by selecting an option from the menu at the top of the section. We also have special offers and wine of the month on the homepage of the wine section.

Register & Sign up

To order wine new customers will need to register their details under New Customers. You'll be asked for your name, address, telephone number, delivery details, your email address and a password. Once you have registered your details simply sign in using the email address and password you selected on your next visit. If you signed up to our newsletter we will send you monthly offers and latest news from the wine industry. Click here to register/sign in

How do I sign in if I have forgotten my password?

Don't worry, you can have a new password emailed to you - just click Forgotten Password on the accounts page and enter your email address or Username and we will email you a new password.

Payment

We accept the following:
a. Maestro (Switch)
b. Visa
c. Mastercard
d. American Express
We do not accept Solo or Electron.
If you do not have any of the cards above please email us and we can send you an invoice and you can pay with a cheque or through online banking.

Delivery

Once you have placed your order delivery will be within one week for stock items. If the item is out of stock we will email you with an available date for delivery. Please allow a few extra days for delivery to remote areas, Northern Ireland or the Scottish Highlands.
Delivery is charged at £6.99 per order to one address.
You can have wine delivered to addresses other than your home address - so why not give wine as a gift.

Refund & Replacement

We will provide a full refund or replacement for any wines that are in an unsatisfactory condition and/or faulty. You may cancel your order for any reason up to and including 7 days from the date of delivery of your order, provided all the bottles are unopened and intact.
We will refund the price of the order within 30 days from the date of cancellation.
Claims for non-delivery must be made immediately.
Any complaint is taken very seriously and we endeavour to respond to complaints as soon as possible.

Cancellation

i. Provided that you are an individual consumer not buying Goods in the course of business, you have seven working days (excluding Saturday and Sunday and statutory holidays) from the day after the date of delivery of Goods to cancel an order by serving a written notice of cancellation upon Z&B Vintners at its registered office address as set out above.
ii. If you cancel an order, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges and other expenses specified in these Terms) will be returned to you as soon as practicable and in any event within 30 days of receipt of your notice of cancellation.
iii. You must return Goods to Z&B Vintners undamaged, unopened and in the original packaging and with all related documentation and accessories. If you do not return Goods undamaged Z&B Vintners may claim damages equal to the difference between the price of Goods and the value of Goods upon their return. Z&B Vintners may charge you any direct costs incurred in returning Goods and preparing Goods for resale.

Recommend a Friend

By recommending friends you can earn money off Vouchers when they order. For every purchase from your friends you will earn £5 off your next case of wine.
Terms
i. You will only receive a £5 on their first purchase not on any additional purchases.
ii. There is no limit to how many vouchers you can receive.
iii. Each voucher can only be redeemed once.
