Critics Corner

The purpose of critics' corner is not to unbolt another debate about their individual significance or how Bordeaux Châteaux exclusively rely upon their scores prior to releasing their wines En-Primeur. Instead, we are only concerned with offering a panel of critics' who will present an unbiased viewpoint during this year's campaign. At the forefront, we've opted for critics' who have many years of experience – Let's say a 'deeper' understanding of wine rather than those who specialise in a specific region. Bravery is of a fundamental importance too, as there is nothing worse than reading a review from a critic who is overtly respectful of the same wine year in and year out. Put simply, they have to have 'balls' and write the truth regardless of past reputations… Lastly, and something we take for granted – A good palate, which is why you should review several critics' notes for each wine. Do not rely upon 'one' as their individual preference may be the complete opposite of your own – Find a balance between several and please do not hesitate to contact us for a candid assessment. . .
