We've been eagerly awaiting the release from Château Lagrange and we're absolutely delighted to offer this third-growth, St-Julien property @ £260.00 IB per case or £255.00 IB per case if two or more are purchased. . .
Simple question "Is it any good?" Neal Martin seems to think so and awards a whopping (92-95) which places it on par with Château Latour! "A blend of 72% Cabernet Sauvignon, 26% Merlot and 2% Petit Verdot with just 40% of the Grand Vin. Harvest: 6th October finished 23rd October. The nose is far more introverted than in previous years but well defined with blackberry, cassis, just a touch of mocha and cedar. Tightly coiled. The palate has it all going on: beautifully fine tannins, wonderful balance and purity, this is an exquisite Lagrange that is bursting with energy. Bon vin! Tasted twice with consistent notes".
Fabulous Wine & Highly Recommended. . .
Don't delay with this one!
